Mekong Delta
Mekong Delta has an area of 39,734 km². It is located adjacent to the Southeast, the North borders Cambodia, the South West is the Gulf of Thailand, the South East is the East Sea. Located adjacent Ho Chi Minh City, Mekong Delta is a special economic-cultural area of the South.
The Mekong Delta is the common name of the western provinces. There are 12 provinces with 1 city namely: Bac Lieu, An Giang, Ca Mau, Ben Tre, Hau Giang, Dong Thap, Long An, Kien Giang, Tien Giang, Soc Trang, Vinh Long, Tra Vinh and Can Tho city. Although this land is not as luxurious as any other lands but Mekong Delta always brings peace and tranquility to visitors first coming here.
The humid tropical climate with equatorial equilibrium is evident. The annual average temperature is 24 to 27 degree C. The difference in day and night temperature is low. Mekong Delta has little storm or weather disturbance. There are two distinct seasons, the rainy season is from May to October, rainfall accounts for 99% of the total rainfall of the year, the dry season is from December to April next year, almost no rain.

In addition, the traditional folk festivals have unique cultural identities such as Sam Mount Lady Festival, Ook om bok festival, boat race, the Seven Mountain traditional festival of bull race and the characteristics of the Southern people: friendliness and hospitality also attract visitors a lot.
